This is a currently manufactured PPK/S in stainless steel. Given the oak leaf treatment common of earlier Walther pistols. This particular pistol is full-coverage featuring relief-carved oak leaves and acorn patterning. The engraving makes for a spectacular pocket pistol for everyday carry.

Ruger New Model Vaquero
This Ruger Vaquero features 75%+ American Scroll coverage. The recoil shield also features scroll engraving. On guns like this, the top of the barrel, top-strap, back-strap, bottom grip frame, and trigger-guard are all partially engraved.
The 3/4 coverage makes for a very handsome revolver and was typical of Colt’s engraved in the period of the American West.

This is the finished Colt conversion that I posted last week. Here it is as a completed firearm! As before, this is engraved in the style of Cuno Helfricht and features about 3/4 coverage. Here’s the previous work in progress.

Colt SAA 4th Gen
This is the current edition of the Colt Single Action Army engraved in a Helfricht-style American Scroll. The engraving on this gun is just over 50% coverage. This makes for a very handsome gun without a huge cash outlay. In fact, most of the guns that were engraved during the period of the American West, were between 50 – 75% coverage. You’ll find very few 25% or full coverage engraving on guns during this period.

World’s Smallest Elephant Gun
Finally completed, here’s the InterArms PPK/S pistol featuring elephants and mammoths! Hence, the world’s smallest elephant gun!
These older InterArms PPK/S’ are among my very favorites of the Walther series of pocket pistols. I like the extended frame with the short slide of the PPK.
In my mind, they are among the best .380 caliber pocket autos ever!
